Below you will find our terms and conditions. We ask you to read them carefully before you move over to the different shops.
 
Prices
All the prices on our bouquet shop pages includes Norwegian MVA (25%)
 
Delivery cost and conditions
We use a courrier service when we deliver our balloon bouquets to the receiver. The terms we have towards our service partners are high, so that we are able to guarantee the quality all the way.
We offer delivery and balloon bouquets to many places in the country (via our Party Stations or via partners). Therefore, the delivery cost will  vary based on the delivery zone and zip code. It is important that you go through our delivery zones so that you are able to check the correct zone and price for your order.
If the wrong delivery zone/price has been used on the order, it can involve extra costs and/or cancellation.
The standard delivery costs are based on a 2-hour normal courier service during daytime, between 12:30 and 17:00. If you want delivery before 12:30 or after 17:00, or during the weekend, the prices are basted on express (1 hour delivery window between10.30hrs to 17.00hrs) /evening/weekend price which is double the standard price in that zone.
Delivery on Saturday is before 17:00 and there is no delivery on Sundays.
It is possible to ask for a specific delivery time, but we cannot 100% guarantee that the bouquet is delivered at this time.
You may order 2 balloon bouquets for 1 delivery price to the same address and date. More than 2 bouquets will have the same delivery price as express/evening/Saturday.
To guarantee correct delivery you must register the receiver's correct contact information, name - address - phone number as well as alternate delivery methods (door/neighbor). If this information is incorrect, it can lead to delivery problems and force the courier back to the shop. This can incur extra costs.

We do not deliver on Sundays nor national holidays.

 
Order deadline
Ordering of balloon bouquets via our eshop has to be registered with us no later than 11:00am on the same day as delivery.
Order with delivery the same day after 11:00am and before 1:00pm has to be done directly with our Party Stations via phone.
 
Delivery Security
In cases where the receiver is not at home and we have not been informed by the customer (order) nor from the receiver via phone, we can deliver the bouquet to the neighbor or hang it on the door. However,  The Balloon Company is not responsible for lost nor stolen bouquets.
If the receiver is not at home, not available on the phone, and we have no alternative delivery methods (neighbor/door) the bouquet will return back to the shop with extra cost to the customer.
 
Hospital Delivery
The Balloon Company delivers to many hospitals around the country. Most of the time we have to deliver the bouquet at the front desk, because of limited access to some patient rooms. In these cases, The Balloon Company is not responsible if the hospital staff do not deliver the bouquet to the end receiver.
 
Ahus – Akershus University Hospital (Lørenskog)
We are able to deliver to other hospital wings at Ahus, but are not able to deliver to the maternity wing, at the moment.
As long as this situation exists, we recommend other delivery solutions – i.e. at the home address.
 
Order Confirmation
When you have completed your order and all information is registered correctly, you will get an order confirmation on screen. We recommend that you print this confirmation out.
 
Confidentiality / anonymity
All received orders are handled confidentially and the buyer has the opportunity to be anonymous towards the receiver.
